Increases the movement speed and hit points, of Probes, Reliquary Skyships and Arcane Guardians. Upgrades Probes with Mobile Form ability.
Further upgrades allows Probes use Phase Repair and Scan abilities and Increases the amount of lumber that Probes can harvest.
