This texture is 256x64 (instead of the default 512x128) and its file size is 24kb.
Total file size with this texture equals to 44.4kb.

Import "Arcane Runeblade.mdx" and "Purple Shine.blp" as you would normally, but replace "ArcaneRuneblade.blp" with this texture.
