Made with the General Plugin Template Project (GPTP) for Visual Studio 2008, which can be found on github (made by the user UndeadStar, I think...?)
Requires basic knowledge of plugin creation (see here)
If you want the "Restoration" spell to be able self-target, look at the thread "Let Restoration self-target" I started on staredit.net
