Upgrades Piercing Bolts ability, increases damage against armor types.Also increases the range of Arbalesters attacks.

Garrote

Enhances Stealth ability. If the Infiltrator attacks a unit while invisible, breaks the effect but the attack will silence the target deal damage per second.
