Practice lots and lots of practice and plus, ever since starcraft 2 came out all wc3 stuff is so much easier to make. And plus that and I had some of this created like a month ago.

Basically the brotherhood is split into different groups
Naval Forces- Lead by Ulthizzar
Special Forces- Lead by Keltzifiel
Main Force- Lead by Bahram
Calvary- Lead by the Horse Master.
Politics- Lead by Periander
