Let me tell you what software I used to model them because I feel that I'm too selfish as I dislike to answer those questions which are considered by me as private questions.

Since there are so many Blender users, not only me. I get me wrong. Yeah! They are modelled by using Blender myself. You can go to check it Blender

That tool is fun! I burnout after they are done because I keep in learning them without relax at that time (too zeal for me to model them). Yeah! I should not burnout...!
