4, though Act III can be seen as the final Act. Act IV is just there to tie up some loose ends. However, with the current situation with the Reforged editor right now. I can't continue making the campaign.
It will be a continuation of III. Act II was dragging itself longer than it should for a bit, but it was the whole point of the Act: more RPG! But Act III and IV will be a lot more linear and the story will move faster.
