Loading Screen Maker template

It's somewhat messy, but I've figured out a way to crop the chain borders of loading screens so that I can use them for making them myself! I've already prepared the background map texture, now all that's left is making custom landscapes!

Nevermind the fact that the borders aren't cropped out perfectly. I blend them with the map background and (as seen in the attached examples) you can't really notice that problem
