If either of these sacrificial dead units makes it to Gruhmmar they will explode and give him their remaining hit points. The best strategy is to have Glainor pull him to a corner while Hundalor and Lithion take care of them. If they both make it to Gruhmmar he will regain A LOT of HP and the fight can last for quite awhile.
