@ZethHolyblade The red ones also look weird on the green with the night hue on. But, I guess, there's so much you could do with this engine since it doesn't have lightening processing.
@ZethHolyblade have you just used the editor's RGB options to change the hues? You should export the models' skins and change the colours with a program like Photoshop or something to make it look less unnatural. An example is the difference of look from the red and blue Felguards in the Frozen Throne.
@deepstrasz Ya but the thing about them is that they are separate skins for separate models.
Here you have all demonling castes sharing the same model and skin with different RGB tint. I'll try adding some changes, maybe give it a white or gray skintone instead (and combine with RGB tint).
@ZethHolyblade I'm just saying because I know you're a visual artist as well. Of course, you should leave the eye-candy for the last polishes. The gameplay is most important (and story if you can).
@ZethHolyblade It is possible to have two (or more) copies of the same model, each using their own different textures
You just have to change the texture pathings of the copied model to the pathing of your skins
