Houses like this will seem completely abandoned with nothing to offer. Some may indeed have nothing, but be sure to check everywhere for hidden secrets and treasures. Something may be easily passed up that could prove very valuable. Even optional quests could be started by the smallest of objects. Some people may pass right by them, others will be rewarded by being observant.
