I just realised what was bugging me a bit here, but also in all your previous videos. There are no shadows! Thats why the scenery feels bland, even though its amazingly crafted otherwise.
No objects, but also no people have shadows whatsoever, besides the main character. Fixing that will immediately bump up the quality a ton

The light engine of Warcraft III SD doesn't allow for proper shadows unfortunately, so the only option I have is to manually place shadow doodads around. I'm already at exactly 30000 doodads placed (the limit), so there's no room for shadows.
Only thing I can do is add shadows to the characters, but that won't make a huge difference I believe.
