-The wooden handle could use some more highlights in the grooves so it isn't so dark.
-The blade itself could use some bright highlights too make it seem really sharp.

Nope, free hand and later I updated adding those scratches on the axe on small size.

I don't want to hint that a screenshot looks better than a scratch work, but i think the shading needs more work.
