looks like nothing like a holy lance. diminish the amount of light in the upper-right corner, and put more white into the lance itself to create an illusion of intensity of power.
Now, there's just way too much white-yellow lines going from one corner going all over the icon. You want people to know what this icon is, i suggest to don't confuse them by addind useless stuff.
for blizzard's frost arrow they didn't placed streams of colds and snow all over the icon!
