Good! The flame should be a bit yellowish-white I'd say. To the background you could add bits of red here and there. It's a good icon btw.

Looks good but not to impressive you could add a few sparks and some color so it looks more like fire like this one, right now it just looks like an orange missile, good enough I guess but really boring. 3/5

Those details was made by an profesional designer in a digital tablet of 2000€. Also, your example its more greater than a 64x64 pixels, so some details were eliminated when the image was reduced.

I go to try it, but don't promise great results.
