What is your favorite console game and why?

My own favorite console game is Legend Of The Dragoon. It's for PS1. Legend of The Dragoon is awesome RPG game. It is very good and it's even better than Final Fantasy', in my opinion.

Ugh, no idea how you could stand Metroid's horribly bland graphics. Everything looked the same and felt the same. However, A Link to the Past and Mario 64 were quite amazing.

I'll list a few games that are noteworthy.

Best NES Game: Super Mario Bros and the legendary Mega Man Hexology.

Best SNES Game: Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, a game that not only pushed the SNES to it's limits, but made RPG battling actually fun. I seem to have...missplaced my copy, however.

Best N64 Game: Super Mario 64: Awsome.

Best Wii Game: So far, Mario Strikers. I hold this game in a very high esteem, considering Twilight Princess was a far cry from fun, and Metroid Prime 3 was like watching grass grow. However, I'm guessing Galaxy will end off as da bomb because of how it looks, and the various reviews of it that have circled around.

"Favourite game of all time" is pretty hard to say.
There are some truly loved ones on SNES. Super Mario Kart, Rock 'n Roll Racing, Zelda3, and probably some more that I can't recall right now.

i can wave dash like a master! however my cousin is too pro at the game... hes literally unstoppable. he could probably beat someone on youtube, but maybe not silent spectre.

Oh and another Luigi special, he's got the best wave dash, because he slides when he fights so he goes father than everyone else.

Mewtwo is the worst character IMO. And sliding isn't so bad, it's his lack of good moves, he's slow, he gets out easy, and he has trouble knocking out.

So like, over-double-tap + b or something like that.
