World Editor.exe Can't open in windows 10

Hi everyone i need some help to fix the problem. i cannot open the world editor after an update in windows 10. so i ask for help from someone who encounter this same issue

I think I've had this problem and the problem was that I didn't start Warcraft 3 to enter the CD-key (because I run 1.31.1 and have to use a file-system-copy to "install" it due to... The current state of Warcraft 3). After starting WC3 and entered CD-key, it worked.

What patch are you trying to start?
Have you started Warcraft 3 (I.E. not the editor) and it works?

Try running repair from within the BattleNet application. Try launching Warcraft III until it finishes login. If it still does not work try reinstalling Warcraft III.

If using a legacy version of Warcraft III then it could be due to changes in Windows 10. However you are pretty much on your own to try and resolve them then sadly.
