man i am using world editor 1.20,but when i try to enter a dota map it doesn't let me enter it.why?it's a protected map?plz help me to understand this thing.

Not only is all versions of the dota game protected, but they are very large in file size.
If you are aware, the reason they are protected, is due to theft of models, triggers, and unit stats.
The map maker was very smart in doing this, he did a great job with the maps and if i were him i woulda done the same thing.
If you really need help with something from DOTA, then please report to people who know the triggers that make dota work and / or someone who has played to game enough to know how it works.
