WC3 Patch 1.13, WEU and JNGP

It's been a few years since I've last enjoyed making maps and such, and whenever I would do this I'd use Jass New gen, which is leagues better and more enjoyable than the default world editor. When I installed and launched the program (downloaded from the hive just today), it errors out. So I suspect it's no longer compatible with the new update to Warcraft 3.

So, I was wondering if there is a new staple program map makers are using to make the process more enjoyable and with ease of access like WEU and JNGP. If there are no new ones and these programs should still be working, I'd appreciate tips on getting them up and running again.
