[Solved] Textures\LordSNatural.blp wont import properly

So I've been experimenting with the Tent models skin to make it fit my project a bit more but it refuses to import properly. Every time I try to open the map there is just an error message blocking it and I end up having to delete it from the map with MPQEditor to be able to open it again.

I've searched for a solution and followed tutorials but nothing has solved the problem yet.

Any ideas guys? I know I've made a mistake somewhere. :(

Import path: Textures\LordSNatural.blp

How did you convert the .tga file into .blp? Is it a part of imported model or is it supposed to replace already existing model's texture?

Anyway, try it with this attached file. It's the .tga converted into .blp via W3Viewer. I imported it into test map and had no problems with it (apart from not being able to find out what is it supposed to replace)

oh yea figured it out just now what it replaces. I dunno where you made error, but your .blp takes more space (263 kb) than the .tga (232 kb), when .blp is supposed to compress the file. If you look at mine, it takes about half the space yours take - 118 kb
