Texture Replacement

Hello guys can anyone replace the texture on this model for me?

The model belongs to Reflex and he gave a permission to edit it.

I need the cape and cloth part between the legs of the model that uses the rifleman texture replace by Textures\Hero_BloodElf.blp cape part.
