Spell request!(GUI if possible)

Hello guys!!

Haven't requested anything for too long here, but i don't have the time(and maybe the knowledge too) to create a spell that i want for my newest project.

I will try to explain you the "idea" of the hero and the spell.
Well, the hero is a magician, probably looking like an angel with big white wings, thin, fairly tall and he is holding a staff.
He can learn different spell according to the Magican Stones you provide him.

One of the Stones is supposed to be a meteorite.
So here is how the spell should be like...

Hero moves forth and back his staff and calls some shards of meteorites from the sky, and they fall to a random placement 300-400 range in front of him.Each shard falls after 1-2 seconds, and deals 150-250 damage.

I want the spell to be like immolation style, you activate it, it lowers your mana as time passes by, and when you want you can stop it.When he moves spell is not cancelled(that means not channeling spell).

If possible i would request you to make it easily customizable(damage,range etc).

And of course it should be MUI.

Yeah, this is exactly what i wanted Maker.

But i think you should improve the places where meteorites land.

For example, if i am facing the footmen, and suddenly turn and run to the opposite direction the meteorite will fall far away.
The only thing i want you to revise is the place where meteorites fall.

The special effect hits the ground about 2,1 seconds after it is created.

But you want it to always hit in front of the caster, even if the hero turns during the time the meteor is falling down?

That can be done, I'll just attach it to a dummy unit and update it's position.
