Risk and Shooter Combined Idea

Heres my idea:

Command Center:
Teams:
2 Teams
5 User players on each team
1 Computer player on each team
Units:
Each team has various places that makes units for the computer player every X seconds and orders them to attack, however some are reserved for rienforcements that will be released every X amount of minutes and display a message on the screen
-Facilities:
Airport: creates various models of airplanes and helicopters

Training Camp: creates various types of soldiers that have different skills
-medic
-explosives specialist
-marine
Factory: creates tanks and transport vehicles to destroy enemy defenses
-Coming Soon
Naval Base: creates various types of transport and war ships to destroy the enemy from the seas
-Coming Soon
Gameplay:
The goal is to destroy the enemy's command center which is protected by a series of defenses.
To control a unit the player simply selects an allied unit that belongs to a computer player..
Once the player has control of these unit(s) he/she can choose to either make a strategic attack on the enemy's base or select one unit and make that unit a "hero".
In hero mode you change camera view into third-person and move like in a shooter game much like the game, Combat Zone.
Since you are a "Hero" your attack has significantly increased and you can make devastating attacks on enemy bases.
This "Hero" ability lasts only 5 minutes and has a 10 minute cooldown per player.
