MiniMap Create Please!

I am making a new map Called

AOM-Mythical Arena

I was woundering could somone make me a picture for my minimap right size saying AOM is like Stone Yellow Bold Straight Writing And Under in Small letters same color
Mythical Arena And Of course background black.

Also could somone tell me what is the path again i must put in import files i forget.

If you have a better idear how to do my minimap please go ahead i dont mind ^,^ i will be sure to add u to Credits.
