Looking for spell maker

I am looking for a spell maker to make a GUI charge spell for me. Normally I would have gone to the spell section and found one, but I need a modification that I haven't seen.

Basically I want the charging unit to be able to "crash" in a specific unit type. If the charging unit crashes in the specific unit type the unit that is crashed into explodes, and the charging unit takes damage and is stunned.

I would like to disclose as little information about my map as possible, but if you want to help me I will send you an unprotected version of my map and give further explanation.

MUI is very important as there are two units casting this at the same time.
