How to make autocast stats scale?

so i need to make an autocast spell, basically like Bash but whenever it procs it casts Thunder Clap, so basically passive skill thunderclap with % chance of being autocasted. So i made this spell the easy way which is make dummy unit give it thunderclap make trigger that when hollow bash is used create unit which uses thunderclap, but the ability is gonna have 10 levels, is there a way to set which level of ability the unit casts or do i just have to make 10 triggers for each level?
