How to change Birth Animation

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm looking for a program that will let me change the birth animation of a model. I dont want to overwrite it via ingame, I want to edit the model completely. Can anyone explain to me how to do this?

Use Matrix Eater to transfer animations, MDLVis to edit/create new animations.
If what I just wrote is boogus to you, have a look at these Matrix eater Tutorials
here, I'd also recommend visiting The Hive Modeling Tutorials, when looking for information regarding what you want to make, look for the key words "animation" "Key Frame" and "Sequence".

What you want to learn takes time if you have no prior knowledge of 3D creation.

hmm if that is the case I might have to request for help instead :/ I was hoping to transfer a birth animation and replace a current one.

Then I suggest you explain very much in-depth what it is you want, as well as attach the model(s) that you wish to be edited.

Well this might be asking too much but I'd like to change/add in this Birth Animation: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/undead-warp-250271/?prev=search=birth&d=list&r=20

I say "add-in" because some (I think 2) models do not have birth animations. The rest should all have birth animations. I also have the permissions.
