Use a loop, e.g. for each (Integer A) from 1 to (Distance between those points / 128)
[Within the loop]: Set Point = (OnePointoftheLightning offset by Real(IntegerA) towards (Angle between those points).
The Set Point part is within the loop, so it will iterate through many locations, not just one. Yes, after defining the points, enumerate units within X AoE of them.
