So, I want to get a message of the region a unit goes, like:

unit is issued targeting a point

move that instantly unit to this point
display message "unit X entered region <name of region containing point of issued order> "

regions have no real names, the name you assign to region in the region editor is basically the name of the variable that is generated for that region.

Conclusion: You have to manually do it(hardcode it). For the time being at least
