Geoset Merger and Vertex Modifier

Does oinkerwinkles Geoset Merger and Vertex Modifier work on vista?

Because when i try t open it says that i'm missin the ''COMDLG32.OCX'' file. But i downloaded it and put it into C:\Windows\system32\ But it still don't work.
That's why i wonder if it's working on Vista. Can any good modelers or anyone with some skills of programs or just anyone help me with this question?
