Copy/Paste custom units into new map

Hey guys. I've created some custom units and also some triggers for their abilities. How can I copy/paste them into a new map. It would sure be a bummer if I have to create them again.

Ctrl-C
Ctrl-V

If you want to do all of them at the same time, File -> Export Unit Data, and then on the other map File -> Import Unit Data. Note that this will overwrite eveything in the new map.
