Contamination BUg

I got the following problem:

Cause of some reason there is a difference between the contamination fields i placed in the editor and the ones i see ingame, they changed location and also trees standing on contamination arent transformed into contaminated trees. But i have no undead buildings in this region or something like this, did you guys made simmilar experiences?
