Bug/Problems with replacing texture

We have problems with modified "NightElfUITile04.blp" tile. We have modified all the borders/tiles around the gameplay screen , but this part of them is triggy.

1) Though we add it like previous ones, it is not shown in the game - it appears as transparent!

2) The texture (border/tile) we would like to add works perfectly in Warcraft 3 Viewer (after and before replacing texture with our custom texture).

3)There shouldn't be anything wrong with alpha channels, picture format or with pathing (UI\Console\NightElf\NightElfUITile04.blp).

4) We think it's a bug. We've tried to replace the original texture several times with different custom textures, but it won't help.

Any ideas how to fix this? I hope the problem isn't here to stay.

Are you sure about this? Try to add a single plain brush on NightElf border. Convert it to .blp and use on game, if everything is fine, so your earlier texture has alpha channel corrupted.

Warcraft 3 Viewer still can show the texture even though it has alpha channel error.

We still haven't find any solution for our problem :(
I just hope someone somewhere could help us but it seems no one knows solution for this so maybe we just must forget idea of custom UI tiles/borders, thanks anyway for your help :)
