I like it except for the sword, it doesn't really feel like anything Proudmoore would use seems more like an elf sword to me the cape could be bigger too.

The hat looks like something generic , not a captains hat.

Yes I agree, the "Sword" looks like a oversized knife, also the face a bit too fat, this looks like Admiral Proudmoore after he lost his flagship and started dirnking. Try fixing that and it will be quite a nice model addition.
P.S. What about an Alexandros Mograine? That could be amazing as there are no models of him.

The new sword looks nice and it's great that you've speed up the attack speed with this model. The cape could be longer, but that's a matter of taste now.
