You're using three established stories as a basis? That'll result in a lot of headache and a lot of research. You need to master stories and character mindset and meld them together in a realistic way. Also, it appears to be something like a campaign story.

Basically, it's a macrosopic perspective, many plot points, many things to keep track of. I'm not sure how I could help you here. First off, you've taken people from the Red Alert timeline of the command and counter universe, you've then smashed it together with the timeline of the Tiberium Universe, you've then smashed those into the world of warcraft.

The end result is lore^3, you will have three times more lore that you need to keep track of, you need to keep track of the personality of the people that pass through to carefully gauge a realistic reaction. Then, you need to find a viewpoint or a few viewpoints to reflect this.

Quite frankly, something as creative as this is far over my level in regards to the amount of planning and work needed to pull this off. Nor would you be able to call this your own in the future, despite your hard work, because you are writing around three kinds of copyright material.
