No leggings at all on any? I mean some armour for the thighs.

Nice progress. This kind of points to a durable map.
 
Yeah, this can be turned out into those in some way :) Trying to get whatever is available with minimal editing as it already ate a week to get 3 tiers prepared.

As for the leggings, it has armor on legs since Tier 3, it just not as well visible from this angle, as one piece is sideways and other is blocked by shield, so there is piece of plate on leg's outside, not inside though. I could however try to apply different skins into same model, may have to look for info on that.
 
@APproject Oh, you're right, it gets from the waist a bit down but does not stick to the thighs as most of them are still visible. And the cloth? Maybe do something with that too?

It is sticked to the thigh, the metal plate piece, so it moves along with the leg, as it is a custom attachment point with separate model attached to both legs. But yeah, if skin of Hero was changed with each set (cloth), it would look more full and without unprotected gaps.
