That's a HoS Anub'arak ported and retextured so it uses ingame textures; i found it many years ago on VK iirc; i still have the original (wich had a horrible wrap), i tried to fix it as much as i could, and that's the result; it doesn't have portrait tho :C, and still have some minor issues
