This Wreckage or Project Y4 are very good maps to play alone. (RPGs)
The Prophecy Of The Dark Angel is another good one. (RPG)
If you like altered melee, try Beyond The Throne: Tides Of Darkness, Power Of Corruption, Heaven's Fall, or Nirvana.
Ultimate War is a nice AoS/Hero Defense that supports singleplayer.
TcX is an arena with AI.
Chaos Conflict AI is an AoS with AI.
Booody's Diablo III series is also nice for singleplayer. (RPG)
RolePlayingGame is a good singleplayer map, but has some untranslated texts. (RPG)
The Chosen Ones has a really long playing time and is probably the best map to spend time with. (RPG campaign)
Mystery Of Friza is by the same creator and is sort of a predecessor to it. It doesn't have the same quality or playing time, but is still nice. (RPG pseudo-campaign)
Survival Chaos is a very nice map that supports singleplayer. (Unit Spawner)
Erebus Builder is a nice builder map that has AI.
The Grand Battle is an AoS that features RPG elements. No story to it, but it's fun to waste time in.
Warcraft vs Starcraft is a very nice campaign which makes you the Zerg and you battle a Warcraft III melee race.

I didn't play it multiplayer
I usually plays them alone (single players with AI).
