WurstScript is compiled to Jass, so it underlies the same limitations of jass and vJass. Also what do you mean with "efficiency". Runtime performance? Or coding efficiency? The runtime performance of Wurst is not higher than vJass, on the contrary, it sometimes is a bit slower. The benefit if Wurst is that is is much more comfortable to write due to a simpler syntax and a much better editor.
