The Story

After the battle in Mount Hyjal as we remember in the cinematic he leaves the Azeroth confident that the world no longer needed Guardians like him. For the heroic effort in uniting the Orcs, Humans, and Night Elves the World Tree gifted him a new power to start a new life. He left the Azeroth and live in peace in an island still unknown to the Alliance, Horde and Sentinels. During this time Arthas became the new Lich King.
In the continent of Pandaria, which is still covered in mist at that time, there is an island that once a part of Azeroth before the Sundering. The island seperate from the main land and travel along with the continent of Pandaria. The Pandarians haven't set a settlement so the murlocks, ogre, trolls and dragons take over the land.
Medivh live peacefully in his new home but just for a short while. After Arthas became the new Lich King, Medivh sense a new darkness is sweeping throughout the lands. Remember that he does know Arthas will be the Lich King so he knows he must protect his new home. Afraid of the terrible destruction he created a shield that will prevent the corruption of the Lich King from infecting the inhabitants. Unbeknownst to him, the Lich King feels the energy that sips out throughout the shield.
He sense that this power is so strong it will help him destroy the Azeroth. Medivh knows that his power is a gift from the World Tree and if it falls in the wrong hands it will be a total chaos.
The Lich King decided to send his three armies, Undead, Demons and Nerubians to investigate this new found powers. After traveling into distant oceans and mist they finally found the land and immediately began the invasion. Using the Frostmourne he gave his armies the power to break the shield that Medivh created. The land easily overwhelmed.
Now Medivh must stop Lich King's army from completely destroying his homeland and prevent the Lich King himself from acquiring his powers.

The Gameplay

This campaign will not follow the usual gameplay of campaigns.You will not build structures nor gather resources. You will only use the lumber and you have only a fixated amount of it.
The aim of the gameplay is to focus on heavy strategic planning. You buy your units not train them.
Once your lumber got to zero no more so you must use your resources wisely
Medivh will use the merging system. Where you combine elemental gems to create abilities and items.
So basically it is more focused on adapting your army to the current situation as well as Medivh.
