Creative, I'll give you that. When thats said, I personally dont like the spam of rocks :p You should have some sort of variable inside there <.<

Else its pretty neat ^^

EDIT: Oh and the "crackers" dont look that good close up :p

Cool but to me it looks like some great evil is trying to rip the world apart, and the green part in the middle is like the main source of corruption, so the trees on the top look wierd 'cause I would expect them to be destroyed.

Well it seems rushed and unskillful. Nice models, nice doodad clutter, nice central effect. That's about it.
Just because it's not much doesn't mean it's not good. Sure it's not amazing, but it was never meant to be. It was something he made while bored, and it's actually pretty good.
