Hey, this is my terrain :D
I just started so constructive critisism would be nice.

The best advice I can give is to look at other peoples work and learn from them. Really take the time to see what makes a good terrain good, then practice.

There are a few things I'll point out.
1.You have height variation, but it's too pointy. Smooth out your terrains.
2. Never show the edge of a terrain.
3. More tile variation.
4. Imported trees kook better.
5. Set a Distance Fog.
 
except the road tiles, randomly place the grasses and rocks everywhere, and try making the hills more realish
