100% transparent Game Menu Background Empty

Try to set it to something transparent? ui\Widgets\EscMenu\Human\blank-background.blp sounds kinda blank to me, but dont quote me on that one.

Just saying that you answered so insanely quick, your answer wasn't standing there when i typed in my answer. Serves as an apology for the useless duplication of information i ended up giving.
 
Something like this?

Just create a completely blank background with photoshop or gimp (alpha the image out)
Photoshop tutorial on how to do that: Create a Transparent Image with Adobe Photoshop
GIMP tutorial on how to do that: How to: Add Alpha Channel with GIMP
Save the image as .tga and then convert it to blp using a tool like https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/warcraft-iii-viewer-62878/.
And replace some of the menu's in the game interface like this:
