Once again, after putting this project online I pretty much immediately realized there were at least two things I hadn't corrected. But that's why it was crucial I posted the map - I NEVER would have remembered those things otherwise.
1. When you try to buy a district and there are no free terrain patches, you get your money back. Since the prices for the districts are placeholders until I figure out better balancing, I didn't really make it a high priority to check if the return money was coherent. In short, you can currently make a profit by trying to buy a district and then getting back more money than you spent. I have fixed this now.
2. You really shouldn't be able to conquer the provinces of your allies. But right now, you can, as the trigger only checks whether or not the flag belongs to you (not checking for alliance).
I have fixed that as well.
For now though, I leave the map file here unupdated, considering how a bunch of people already downloaded it. Just know that if you found those two issues during your playtest, I already took care of those!
