First steps of WLA as a project

WLA will make a direct jump to the Projects section.

From now on, all updates and news about the project will be posted here. Meanwhile, new versions of the map will continue to be uploaded (for now) in their original post in the Maps section. To mark the first WLA post as a project, a file containing the latest detailed patch notes will be attached.
