What’s next for Age of Azeroth
"It has been a while since Age of Azeroth last received a major update. After a period of reflection and following recent improvements to the World Editor, I have made a decision to start a foundational rework of the map’s terrain.
Looking back, this decision originates from the fact that during the project’s early development, certain areas of the map did not receive the attention they deserved due to doodad restrictions, map making inexperience and the desire to release the map sooner.
This update is meant to provide context on the project’s current direction and to set expectations going forward. Due to the scale of the changes, the next update may take much more time in the oven than usual, with a focus on refinement and long-term quality."
