What did I mess up here?

I have created a lot of models in my life, but this is the first time I want to put one into war3. I use 3dsmax09 and NeoDex + Converters. After converting it to mdx, my models appears in Warcraft3Viewer but not in WE or ingame. My texture is custom, 256x256 blp. I think I might have some problem inside the mdl file or my texture path. Shutting down the WE and restarting it won't help.:cry:
