Before the trolls arrive: be sure that this would get rejected.

Not enough free-hand (75% or more are required), too blurry, not enough definition, the shadows are messy, the contours are non-existent at places. I am not a skinner but I think that you can work on these. :)

Happy Holidays!

You should really read a few tutorials before submitting a ressource here. I strongly suggest this one: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/2d-art-tutorials-281/mr-goblins-tutorial-110127/
IT's very helpful and will surely teach you how to improve your skins.
Right now your skin does not fit the standard of the Hive I guess. First off, you need to freehand more. But also, you need more shading and details to get this approved....
Try to improve and upload your stuff after that.

Good luck!

Well... The Clothes looks Gay, i mean they're in pink and purple colors...
The other parts are not changed... Not Enough Freehand, but nice start.
Maybe you can make him a bread, change the hair or something to meet the 75% freehand.
You could also read some tutorials from the 2D art, that could help...
Face, Hair, and the nice Mr. Goblin's 2D Art Tutorial
