Trouble making Custom Loading Screen

Hello folks, I was wondering if you could please help me out with an issue I've been trying to solve for awhile now.

I've been trying to put a custom loading screen into my map, but I've ran into all sorts of problems, even though I follow what the tutorials say to do. I've had my loading screen one BLP file, and on the loading screen, it would be all white.

Than, I've tried 4 seperate TGA files, where the screen just shows up black.

Also, my minimap preview custom Icon shows up as white..

Any help would be appreciated : )

well, did you also import the LoadingScreen.mdx - file?
