The Matrix Universe

I have some awesome request (may not be appealing anymore). I wonder could anyone create anything that is from the Matrix universe?

Examples of models and effects:
1. Machine City models
2. Sentinels and other robots.
3. Birthing pods for human
4. Hovercraft like the Osiris, Nebuchadnezzar etc.

I always wanted to recreate the post-apocalyptic world of the Matrix universe, especially with those adventures in hovercraft drifting in those pipes, detonating EMPs etc...
